Established in 2006 Seven Cedars LLC is a partnership between Brandon and Glenda Plaschka. The Seven Cedars name comes from the fact that there are 7 large, well over 100 year old cedar trees in our front yard.

Spring 2006 – Initiated Sunday Liquor sales
Dec 2006 – Purchased Princeton Quick Stop
Summer 2007 – Connected the two stores
Fall 2007 – Introduced the areas first Walk In Beer Cave
Spring 2008 – Introduced the areas first Walk In Cigar Humidor
Sumer 2008 – Seven Cedars Pizza is rolled out
